CHOICE GREASELESS BUSHINGS are designed especially for molders who want to run without the
necessity to grease their molds, even intermittently. The one-piece solid construction leads to longer bushing life and
provides extra support in a guided ejection system. The self lubricating feature provides high resistance to wear and
abrasion, inhibits galling, and withstands high mold temperatures up to 800 Degrees F.
The added lubricity of graphite particles integrated in the thru-hardened steel bushing (54-56 R/C) provides
all the benefits of "graphite plugged" bushings but eliminate problems associated with the "plugged" process. This
design reduces friction and provides greater wear resistance and non-seizing characteristics. Customers will also
appreciate the fact that should an operator grease these components, it will not inhibit their performance.
|
| An extremely effective means of reducing or eliminating the need for lubrication. Resulting in lower maintenance and
downtime. Imporved reliability in performance in "clean room" environments, where grease can lead to unacceptable levels
of contamination. |
