Choice Custom Ejector Sleeves - ranging from straight,
step, multiple step, or thin walled sleeves. Nitrided H-13 with either a 30 R/C or 50 R/C and
being the most commonly used steel in ejection molding. However other materials such as: A-2, A-10, D-2,
M-2, S-7, 440, and 420 stainless steels as well as Copper alloys including, but not limited to,
Ampcoloy and Mold Max. Custom Sleeves can be manufactured to a working hardness designed to your
application. We also offer a variety of surface treatments such as Nitride, Titanium Nitride, WS-2,
and Armorloy to name a few. Sleeves ranging from under 1 inch long to 24 inches long are available.
Inside and Outside Diameters are ground concentric to ensure proper alignment. Your custom sleeves
can also be supplied with ejector pins for a matched slip fit.

Choice Water Cooled Cores - especially designed, can be
manufactured with coolant hole diameters from .062 to 1.00 inch and are machined concentric to ensure
even cooling and faster machine cycle times. They are also available in the same variety fo tool steels
as the custom sleeves. 0-Ring grooves and counter bores are available to your specifications. Outside
diameters can be precision ground to fit standard or special sleeves. |
| Choice Custom Ejector Blades - include custom flats, relief
grooves, and special coatings. Choice Blades are manufactured with a one piece design from High Chromium
M-2 steel to resist corrosion, galling, and pitting. They are parellel ground to reduce wear - no hack marks
for lower maintenance. Blade diameters from .062" up to 1" with up to 10 inches of blade length and a 20"
overall length maximum. Blade thickness down to .010" for more applications. Choice Blades also have a
smooth grind finish on the flats. Fast delivery of 1 to 5 days on all custom blades. |
