Choice Mold Components Blades are precision manufactured from a single piece of M-2 Steel, through hardened to 58-60 RC for solid reliability. The
M-2 (high speed steel) provides greater resistance to wear and abrasion as well as an ability to withstand elevated temperature up to 1100 degrees
F. The blades are well suited for Titanium, Gas, and Ion Nitride, adding lubricity for smoother production runs and faster cycle times.

sizes and tolerances required by the customer. To simplify your request, a handy reference template for ordering custom size blades is provided.
